As certified VALINOVA Master, he contributes to the development of continuous improvement and innovation programs across various business contexts. He employs systemic methodologies to enhance productivity and profitability. Matteo is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, utilizing this method to drive communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving within corporate teams. His expertise spans the implementation of behavioral safety systems (BBS) and the analysis and development of production processes, ensuring tailored and effective solutions for each organization. Ing. Stefano Calcaterra: A mechanical engineer, organizational consultant, former executive, and board member, Stefano is a co-founder of VALINOVA. He brings extensive experience in “Kaizen Journeys” and continuous improvement across various industries, including collaborations with major companies like Electrolux Professional and smaller enterprises such as Tonutti Industrie Grafiche. With a strong focus on driving positive change on the Gemba and eliminating non-value activities, Stefano has worked in Italy, the UK, Belgium, Poland, and the USA.
